Executive Development that meets you where you are. This program will help you discover (or rediscover) the joy of leading.

  • I’ll interview you to understand what you’re trying to achieve and what is in your way.

  • You’ll take the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment and receive a professional report with type-specific descriptions of potential strengths and development areas.

  • I’ll provide you with my assessment of where you are now, a vision of where you could be, and how you will get there.

  • We’ll create a personalized coaching program with exercises and practices designed to achieve your vision. 

  • We’ll meet for 12 coaching sessions over six months to check in on practices, assess progress, and provide direction.

  • We’ll close with a review of where we’ve been and a celebration of how far you’ve come.

COACHING FOR YOUR TEAM

Customized coaching engagements that transform your group into a high-performing team that’s an ease to lead.

  • I’ll interview you (and perhaps your team) to understand the current state and define objectives.

  • I’ll create a custom team-building plan from my toolkit including productive conflict, giving & receiving feedback, vision, mission, strategy, and team norms.

  • I’ll facilitate in-person or virtual team-building sessions specifically designed to achieve your objectives.

  • I’ll provide you with a plan for next steps to keep up the momentum

MENTOR COACHING FOR COACHES

Support for coaches seeking ICF certification or renewal. Gain skills, confidence, and community to take your coaching to the next level.

  • Comprehrensive 10-session program.
